​If you choose to visit and utilise the services of Maxis Online, any disputes over your use and privacy are subject to both this Privacy Policy and our Terms & Conditions. If you have any concern surrounding your privacy at  Maxis Online, please send us a detailed note. We will try to resolve any problems as quickly as is possible. Please note that our services are growing constantly and as a result, this Policy and our Terms & Conditions will likely change as well. We may e-mail periodic notices of change to our users, but it is your responsibility to maintain awareness of the current state of both documents.


Online Bookings


All bookings submitted online are not a confirmed booking. Maxis Online will contact you via email or phone to confirm your booking, including dates, pick up times, airport meeting points, phone numbers and to confirm the booking fees and details. Deposit or full fare may be required, any amount paid will be refunded if we can not service your booking.

Online. Our services are provided to you subject to the following conditions. By visiting our site or using our services, you are accepting these conditions. Please note that these terms are subject to change and it is your responsibility to be aware of them.


The privacy information for our site is laid out in our privacy policy. Please review it to understand how we gather information about you, how we use that information, and what choices you have about the use of your information.


In the unlikely event that there is a dispute regarding our services, please contact us promptly. We are thoroughly committed to customer service and will do everything we can to attempt to resolve the issue. We are very interested in your experiences with our services, so if you have comments about them, please let us know. 






  • No smoking in the Maxi at any time during the service,

  • Eating or drinking in the Maxi is prohibited (except water).

  • Clients will be responsible for any cleaning cost due to inappropriate or irrational behaviour and will be charged at a flat rate of $200. If there is any deliberate or malicious damage done to the vehicle, then the repair will be quoted at a cost with an additional administration fee charged.

  • All Airport pickups must pay the airport toll. 

  • ​Customers will be notified of any unexpected delays on the way to the pickup point (Traffic, Road closure, weekdays Peak hour time, Weekends especially Friday afternoon, Etc.. ), Maxis Online will not be liable for any refund or compensation. Customer is advised to leave plenty of time to get to their destination.

  • Any redirection or additional pick up or drop off must be communicated back to base and is subject to approval depending on schedule, an extra charge will apply.

  • We will always endeavour to accommodate our clients who require excess time with our vehicles. Within reason and where POSSIBLE, the vehicle will be made available to you for as long as possible after the specified period of your reservation. 

  • Fares paid will not be refunded if cancellation is made less than 48 hours before travel time, During the holiday season, public holidays and busy weekends 5 days notice required for a cancellation in order to refund the deposit that includes all bookings made within the cancellation period.

  • You will be charged the total amount of the confirmed fee if you do not show at the nominated place and time Or cancel the service that has been arranged. if no contact is made or no answer 10 mins after booking time it will be considered a no show.

  • Waiting time can only be offered if it doesn't interfere with our schedule.
